The Hurry of Passing Time

Verse 1

There once was a life rushed too fast,
Chasing moments that never could last.
In the clatter and race,
We forgot time’s soft grace—
And the sweetness is now slipping past.

Verse 2

Through days that we hurried awake,
We plundered each hour in our wake.
Yet wisdom would say,
Pause somewhere in the day—
For the small, quiet joys that we take.

By Paul Baldry (LongJohn)

A reflection on life’s rushing pace, reminding us to pause and cherish moments before they fade.

Self‑Discovery and Identity — “What Was and What Will Be”

Guiding Lights

“Childhood is where chalk dust becomes stardust, and every small step carries the wonder of a world waiting to be discovered.”

“And when night falls, the dreams we built in play remain glowing softly within us, reminding the heart it was once held without fear.”

By Paul Baldry (LongJohn)
