Your smile
has always been a mystery
to me.

A quiet riddle
resting gently
on your lips.

When it appears
your eyes shine
like distant stars.

And the world
seems lighter
for a moment.

Perhaps it is kindness.
Perhaps affection.

Or perhaps
it is simply joy
that cannot be hidden.

I have often wondered
what thoughts live behind it.

But maybe
some things
are not meant to be explained.

Maybe
a smile
is enough.

Keep smiling.

Because some memories
are meant
to remain beautiful.

Another poem themed on my wife. The quiet power of her smile—its mystery, warmth, and the way it lingers in memory. This poem captures fleeting moments of light and the unspoken emotions that make them timeless, reminding us that not everything needs explaining to be deeply felt.

Quiet Freedom

“Stand firm in who you are, even when the room leans the other way—because true freedom isn’t loud; it lives quietly in the choices no one sees.”
